Is your school pre-digital? I’ve spent much of the first 3 months of the school year setting up a new installation of SIMs. Much of our knowledge of our learners is digitised, but we really need some better software to make the most of this data. SIMs Discover is a start in the right direction.

But what about everything else we do, how much of that could be digitised? Feedback and assessment information is the most obvious place, we’ve only scratched the surface so far of what’s possible.
