Schools across the UK are currently getting to grips with the new performance management framework that is being introduced nationwide this school year.
I’m a ‘Main Scale’ teacher at the moment, and one of the benefits of the new system appears to be how ‘Threshold’ will be tackled. Previously you had to apply to pass this and move on to the Upper Pay Spine. It would now appear that if the CPD & Performance Management process is followed this should be more of a formality as you will have been displaying the required professional standards over several years of teaching.
With this in mind I have set up a Google Doc with the attributes and space for recording of evidence. I hope its of use to someone.
